We provide 'Off the Shelf' furniture packages that are all delivered from stock so we can reduce any down time in the rental of your property. All the furniture packages have been put together whilst keeping the requirements of the potential tenants in mind. If you are a landlord you probably know that on average an unfurnished apartment can take up to 40% longer to rent. We have designed these furniture packs to be used in 2-bed properties but they can be tailored to suit any size of property. As a residential landlord it is very important that your properties are furnished to the appropriate level, style and standard, which is why we have created the following furnishing solutions - Homestart, City, City Premier and Classic, so there's plenty of choice and options.
Our four furniture packages have been designed to compliment many living environments. Each package takes an individual approach to the type of dwelling that you are looking to furnish. Our entry level pack, Homestart, is aimed at providing the basic furniture items to furnish a property, this pack does really well with investors who want a property furnishing to a good standard but within a lower budget. Our Classic pack has the more traditional textures and designs which would look great in most dwellings. City and City Premier packs are aimed at the resurgence in the market for living in the city - all items are modern/contemporary and would look great in any new or refurbished property in the city.
We supply you with a complete stress-free service. We can visit the property to advise on the layout of the chosen furniture pack and also to finalise any other requirements. We will then agree on an installation date on your chosen Furniture Pack and you will then place an order for your chosen product. On the agreed installation date we will deliver and install your chosen furniture pack, you don't even have to be on site for this to happen. We will remove all packaging materials and leave the property ready to be rented out.
