Would we need to be at the property to meet you?
In most cases we can normally pick keys up and do a site survey without the need to disrupt your working day. If however this is the first time you have requested to use our services then it would be good to meet in person to discuss your requirements.
How long does the process take?
It is all dependant on each enquiry and exactly what is involved. Interior design, supply and installation timescales will all be given at quotation stage. For furniture packages we can normally turn these around very quickly (in some cases within 24hrs depending on circumstances) due to the fact that all the items in the packages are held in stock in our warehouse.
Do you have a catalogue or brochure?
Yes, we have a FREE full colour printed information pack available, which can be mailed to you. You can also view a version of this on the website by clicking here. This pack contains all information regarding our interior design services and our full furniture packages and extras.
Apart from providing design services and furniture packages what other services can you provide?
We also provide the following:
Internal and external wall decoration.
Flooring solutions – carpets, vinyl flooring, tiling, laminate flooring, solid wood flooring and veneered wood flooring.
Window dressing – Vertical + roller blinds, wooden plantation shutters, curtains and voiles.
Bespoke fitted bedroom furniture – sliding door and walk-in wardrobe installations.
Electrical goods – White goods, Televisions and most audio visual equipment.

What method of payment is accepted?
You can pay by credit card over the telephone or by cheque in person or by post. We also now accept payment by bank transfer. We normally require a 30% deposit before work commences with the final balance to be paid within 7 working days after completion. See terms for full details. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Furnish That Room Limited' and posted to the address shown on the Contact Us page.
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes. We charge for delivery on all orders. This cost is dependant on many things and full details of costing will be provided at time of quotation.
What will happen if I am not in when you deliver my goods or you are unable to gain access to the property?
A re-delivery charge will usually apply to cover costs lost of non-delivery. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for a full explanation and answer to any other questions you might have.
